Meet Our Team

Parviz is the controller of the Sheiner Group. She graduated with a CMA from McGill University in 1994. Her responsibilities include overseeing the accounting for the entire portfolio of Canadian and U.S. properties. Additionally, she manages the bookkeeping and collections methods of all third party property managers. She also participates in creating budgets for both the group’s new construction developments and acquisitions. Importantly, Ms. Walji maintains very strong relationships with the major Canadian banks and lending institutions.

Prior to joining the Sheiner group, Ms. Walji worked for Miromar properties where her primary duties included; the accounting for the company’s portfolio of outlet properties in Canada and the U.S. and the supervision of its property managers.
