Meet Our Management Team

Parviz Walji is the controller of Sheiner Group. She graduated with a CMA from McGill University in 1994. Her responsibilities include overseeing the accounting for the entire portfolio of Canadian and U.S. properties. Additionally, she manages the bookkeeping and collections methods of all third party property managers. She also participates in creating budgets for both the group’s new construction developments and acquisitions. Importantly, Parviz maintains very strong relationships with the major Canadian banks and lending institutions.

Prior to joining Sheiner Group, Parviz worked for Miromar Properties where her primary duties included; the accounting for the company’s portfolio of outlet properties in Canada and the U.S. and the supervision of its property managers.
