Meet Our Team

Germain Villeneuve is Executive V.P. Acquisitions for the Sheiner Group. Mr. Villeneuve takes primary responsibility for acquisition, valuation and disposition of assets acquired for the group’s U.S. Deep Value Fund.

Prior to joining the Sheiner Group, Mr. Villeneuve was a Senior Vice-President with CBRE and head of their Multi-Residential group in Montreal. In that role he was awarded “top producer” in Montreal five times and “top 20 in Canada” three times.

Mr. Villeneuve is a member of ACAIQ, Urban development Institute and the Montreal Board of Trade. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University (1984).
