Meet Our Management Team

Pierre Côté is Director of Development for Sheiner Group. Pierre assumes primary responsibility for all of Sheiner Group's development activities including identification of developable lands, due diligence, re-zoning, development approvals to project realization. Pierre has excellent knowledge of the development process and possesses the necessary skill set in order to determine the true potential of properties with respect to the location, market conditions, and value of a property in terms of size, density, complexities and other important urban planning factors necessary in order to bring to fruition the optimal use and success of a development project.

Prior to joining Sheiner Group, Pierre obtained 15 years of experience in land development. Pierre began his career in the City of Saint-Jovite, Quebec where he was director of the Urban Planning Department for eight years. After which, Mr. Côté worked for seven years as Vice-President of Daniel Arbour & Associates, Quebec's largest urban planning and development consulting firm, responsible for the firm's Mont-Tremblant office.

During his tenure, he participated in most of the major real estate projects in the Laurentians. Pierre’s functions included the direction of a vast array of development projects alongside many real estate professionals thru the strategic and conceptual planning of the projects and coordination with multi-levels of governments and subsequent approval processes.

Pierre holds both a B.A. in Urban Planning (University of Montreal - 1989) and a Masters in Urban Planning (McGill - 1991).
