Meet Our Management Team

Pace (Pesach) Goldman is Chief Investment Officer of Sheiner Group. Prior to joining Sheiner Group, Pace spent nearly a decade on Bay Street at both domestic and global investment banks, with a considerable portion of his time devoted to the Real Estate sector. He worked as a Managing Director of Real Estate Private Equity after spending several years as a Real Estate specialist in Equity Sales and as an Equity Research Analyst focused on the Real Estate sector. During that time period, Pace and his team played a lead role in bringing to market more than a dozen publicly traded Real Estate companies and/or REITs, and raised in excess of $1 billion of new equity capital for these companies.

Pace graduated from York University with a Bachelor Degree in Science with a specialization in Applied Mathematics (1996) and from the Schulich School of Business, York University with a Masters of Business Administration, with a combined specialization in Finance and Real Estate (1999). He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA Charter) in 2002.
