Leonard is co-founder of the Sheiner Group and has been the President of the L&G Group of companies for more than 20 years and has acquired major real estate assets for his own personal account. He specializes in on-site construction, joint ventures, workouts and working with municipalities on major subsidized housing project.

Leonard approaches each and every project with a dedication and attention to detail that ensures success and very often bringing in projects ahead of schedule and below budget. Additionally, Leonard's relationships with the financial and business community have proven to be immeasurably helpful to the overall success of the Sheiner Group.
