Deep Value Real Estate Fund

The Sheiner Group U.S. Deep Value Real Estate Fund is a limited partnership designed to permit Canadian investors to take advantage of the housing and credit crisis in the U.S. Focused primarily in the Southwest, the fund intends to build a portfolio of income producing property in markets where there has been consistent increases in property values due to growth of population and jobs. The fund seeks to reduce risk by initially purchasing property with little or no debt acquiring same from financial institutions, mortgagees in possession or undercapitalized owners.
