Sheiner Group U.S. Deep Value Real Estate Fund is a canadian sponsored limited partnership which was established to take advantage of the housing and credit crisis in the U.S. Focused primarily in the Southwest, The Fund is in the process of building a portfolio of income producing property in markets where historically there has been consistent increases in property values due to growth of population and jobs. The Fund seeks to reduce risk by initially purchasing property with little or no debt, acquiring same from financial institutions, mortgagees in possession or undercapitalized owners.

The Fund owns and operates Living Well Homes which acquires and leases single family homes and multi residential apartments in the Greater Phoenix area.
