Meet Our Team

Gerald Sheiner is Chairman and Co-Founder of the Sheiner Group.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Sir George William College in 1957 and a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University in 1960 and was called to the Notarial Bar of the Province of Quebec in 1961 whereupon he practiced real estate law actively until the mid 1970’s.  In 1990 Gerald participated in an executive MBA program at Harvard University. 

Following 15 years of practice in real estate law and having completed in excess of 18,000 transactions Gerald began to acquire and structure major real estate transactions for his own account. Gerald’s expertise and experience plays an instrumental role in the success of the organization particularly in the areas of structuring, documenting and negotiating sophisticated joint ventures, partnerships and financing arrangements.
